You are Going to Be Okay

It’s hard to believe it So much hasn’t gone your way But I know that if you keep trying You are going to be okay Even though life is a struggle day after day after day It can only take a breath and a smile to know that you are going to be okay

When everything has gone wrong Push that negativity away You’ll find something that went right Then you’ll know that you are going to be okay

Look to the sun, and smile at the stars We will all wish you well on your way You never have to go it alone So I know you are going to be okay

Act Like a Lunatic

Some friends will judge you Just for being yourself They’ll laugh and scorn And make you doubt yourself They can’t see what makes you special What makes you one of a kind That’s not what they think is right They have something else in mind

They aren’t your only choice Their opinion shouldn’t make you grim Don’t worry about what they think You are good enough without them

There are good people out there True friends until the end They are the ones that see you acting like a lunatic Point at you and say “That’s my friend”

No One Can Tell You How to Feel

People Will Listen

Let the World Turn

A Little Kindness

Keep Moving On

When life crashes around you And all you can see is destruction Take a deep breath and start moving on When everything falls apart it’s okay to scream and carry on once you’ve settled down it’s time to move on

When your dreams lie strewn about bleeding, dying, as you look on it’s okay to lie down and cry then get back up and move on

Life will throw blow after blow and sometimes, you have to take each one but you are strong enough to keep getting back up
