When you found me I was a wounded bird So broken I couldn't fly
You nurtured me showed me how to spread my wings
When I was better I flew around your house and tried to fly away
But you panicked stopped me from leaving with no remorse

sharing my light has always been easy carrying others smiling and supporting crafting just the right words to brighten their hard days
i give and i give and never ask for anything at all they take and take never offering anything
when i have nothing left i explode burst into a fireball of anxiety and pain hurting everyone close to me
why why do i do this? i get so lost in the joy of helping that i forget the most important thing
I have to help ME I deserve love too
When I cry I don't need you to fix it I don't need to be told what to do I don't need someone to make it about them
When the world Crashes around you Taking deep breaths Is the only way to survive
When you make a choice some people may disagree others may not understand even the people you love
When you love something give it your all Don't hold back until you're satisfied
It’s okay to be weak You’re allowed a break Sometimes life is too much to take
I'm going to take some time And do something for me Something that I want That will make me happy
When you push and push working hard every minute you’ll find yourself burned out
