Introducing Rose the Rainbow Mouse
I'm so excited to share with all of you a new project I'm working on called Rose the Rainbow Mouse!
I've been thinking lately about what I want to do in life. I have few responsibilities, and that's given me a lot of time to think. I was asking myself what I want.
I want to help make a world where everyone can feel accepted. Where everyone can belong. And while writing poetry can help with that, it's not enough.
So I've combined my love of poetry, story telling, and talking to bring you a new series called Rose the Rainbow Mouse. Every story is a long poem about a mouse named Rose, growing up and learning. She's the only mouse with rainbow fur, so she struggles to fit in. A long the way she'll make new friends and learn new lessons about life.
In addition to that, I've decided to make videos for each story, completely animated by me! Anyone that's talked to me in person in the past few weeks has seen tons of these pictures, because I can't stop showing them off. I've learned a lot about computer drawing tools, and I'm working on recording and putting them all together.

The plan is to release one of these at the end of every month. The art is so cute, and I'm sure I can make merchandise from it. Hopefully it can help me get more contributors to my Ko-Fi page and start doing more things to help make a living off this.
I cannot overstate how excited I am about this. It feels like everything fell into place when this came to me, and I've been working at it ever since. I've learned three different programs: one for the art, one for recording, and one for video creation.
