Run Fast as you can No time to stop Keep going Almost to the end You can make it You're almost there Done

It's time for a break Relax, let it all out It won't last forever Soon, it'll be time to start again

Go Work hard Give it your all 110% effort Burn hard Just do it Stay focused Stop

Breathe in, then out Close your eyes, unwind You need the breaks like you need the sprints

You can't have all of one and not accept the other Work as hard as you can but remember to rest
