The Voices of Your Dreams
They shoved you to the ground Joining the voices in your head always mocking and jeering saying “You can’t do this”
As you lie on the ground trying to drown out the voices you’re overwhelmed by their words always saying “You can’t do this”
Listen to other voices the voices of your loved ones the voices of your dreams telling you that you can do this
The laughter won’t disappear But neither will your dreams Listen to their voices Let them drive you every day
And always, always remember That you can do this
