This memo That message Those bills Do they need to be dealt with now? Or will they still be there?

It doesn't feel like it The constant pressure yells “DO IT NOW!” “THIS IS IMPORTANT!”

But you know what?

You are important So if you need a break Take one Because all of that life

It can wait

At Peace

I close my eyes and feel the soft breeze right in this moment I’m at peace The waves rock my boat on the quiet seas here alone in the blue I’m at peace

The sun is shining the storm has ceased here, I can breathe here, I’m at peace

Sometimes, you have to escape and put your mind at ease find a safe space and let yourself be at peace

When life threatens to overwhelm Why not give something new a chance? Take a step back from all the stress and do a little dance It doesn’t have to be much You might have to hide But it’s okay to take a break Even if it’s just inside

Move to the rhythm of your own song Fly away with the birds on the breeze Dance through the fields with butterflies Swing with the monkeys through the trees

When you come back to earth Your troubles will still be there But when you take time to dance around You might find they’re a lot easier to bear

Stop and Breathe
